Training
Rocket Rehab provides WH&S training courses across a range of different industry sectors.
Our consultants tailor programs to meet the purpose of the client, ensuring the training has a measurable outcome and can be delivered both on and offsite.
Prior to the commencement of any training program, Rocket Rehab’s WH&S Consultant spends time with the client, diagnosing their exact needs and the intended outcome or purpose of the training. This ensures that the product delivered reaches its maximum impact.
Training capabilities include: Manual handling, Slip Trip and Falls training, Ergonomics and Resilience training amongst others.
Mental Health First Aid Training
Rocket Rehab provide the Standard Mental Health First Aid Course and Blended Online MHFA Workplace course.
Mental Health First Aid Training teaches individuals how to provide initial support to persons who may be experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis – until appropriate professional help is received or the crisis resolves, using a practical, evidence-based action plan.
Employee Assistance Programs
Rocket Rehab offers Employee Assistance Programs to employers who are looking to provide a holistic approach to the management of employee welfare.
These programs facilitate the reduction in staff disengagement activities, particularly sick leave, they provide an appropriate and supportive environment for all employees and they reduce counselling expectations placed on the Human Resource and Management Team, allowing counselling to be undertaken by a skilled service provider.
Employees receive the specialist psychological intervention deemed necessary via the utilisation and maintenance of an appropriate referral network.
